No.  THE COMMONWEALTH, in association with our eCommerce platform partners, work to protect customer data through the use of secure servers.  We do not sell or share customer data with any individual(s) or companies, other than payment vendors and banking institutions used in the completion of financial transactions.  No data regarding type of purchase or site navigation is shared with any individual(s) or companies for any reason, including payment vendors.

Our payment vendors (e.g., VISA, Mastercard, ApplePay, etc.) are governed by their own privacy policies, as detailed in their respective User Agreements; refer to their User Agreements for specifics on how they use customer data.  THE COMMONWEALTH is not responsible for how payment vendors store or protect customer data.
